Currency & Payment
All prices are shown in Canadian funds and do not include taxes or delivery costs. These costs will be added to the price of the basket at the time of order.

  Processing We attempt to provide same day local delivery for orders placed before 10:00Am EST. Orders received after 10:00 Am EST will be scheduled for next business day delivery, unless requested for a later date.

Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day, unless requested otherwise.
  Returns & Refunds
 		 All of our gift baskets are in perfect condition as they leave our premises for shipping & delivery. If your package and/or gift basket(s) are damaged in any way, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of the gift basket) in order to ensure immediate attention, either by refund, exchange or discount on future purchase.

* If you are interested in an exchange or refund, please notify Wicker & Ribbon within 24 hours of receipt of the gift basket(s) either by phone (450) 314-0570 or email:
service@wickerandribbon.com. If your claim is accepted we will then inform you of the best way to return the merchandise back to us.
 
  Substitution Policy Due to the availability of certain products, we reserve the right to substitute an item for a similar one of equal or greater value.
  Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled once transaction is accepted or in process of delivery.
